Silly Blanks 296

Last week's story: "Dior has all new perfumes this winter, including Rose NOUN and ADJECTIVE Elixir fragrances."

Your gracious host, Trucy, runs a weekly magic show. To get the audience pumped up before the show, Trucy begins with a simple trick - a short mad libs story, a bit of magic, a couple of cards, and voila: free stuff! You might also be entertained, but no guarantees.

Trucy needs help deciding what her story will be about; however, it's funnier if the audience doesn't know until afterward, so you'll just have to submit your cards and see what happens at the end of the round. Help her fill out the major details by submitting deck names to fill in the blanks of her story idea. To thank you for your help, if you put the right cards into Trucy's magic panties, they'll magically turn into new cards!

THIS WEEK'S REQUIREMENTS!

Card 1
• Basic: Deck name is a NOUN
• Bonus: primary color (red/yellow/blue)

Card 2
• Basic: Deck name is a VERB
• Bonus: manga image

You'll lose the cards you turn in, but for each basic requirement you fulfill you will receive 4 random cards. Fulfilling the bonus as well will net you 1 random card each, for a possible total reward of 10 random cards!

Hey everyone! I hope you're enjoying the Advent Calendar so far!

Today's post is a short discussion idea hoping to bring some positivity to everyone.

Tell us about something you're proud about from this year! No matter how small it is. Maybe you drew a cool fanart, finished writing a fanfic, got that platinum trophy in a cool game? Or even something like finding a new cool fandom or simply "I got through this year in one piece (not the anime)".

Plan your ideal Colors TCG Holiday Party by telling us what 6 characters with decks here at Colors you'd invite to a Holiday Party! Give us a few details about why - maybe they're just 6 of your favs, maybe they're characters you've always wanted to meet each other, maybe you too just want a holiday table full of pretty waifus. You can even talk about what food you'd make for them or scenarios you imagine between the characters if you want! Anything from a simple list to full-blown crossover fanfic is fine as long as you have fun!

Is there anything you really want to accomplish next year? Big or small, online or offline, anything goes. Is there a game in your backlog you've been wanting to finally play? A project you've been procrastinating on but want to finish? It could even be stuff related to Colors--maybe you want to get around to donating decks from your favorite niche manga! Hi amigos! You ready for some bounty info? Colors' Most Wanted is coming your way!

Punch and Judy are dedicated to bringing updates on the latest bounties to all the bounty hunters in the star system. And they'd like you to help by reporting new bounties to them so they can get out the news! As a reward you'll get some special updates on those bounties.

How to Play:
Every round, each player can name ONE deck, character or special, that they would like to see added to the bounty pool. Repeat decks are allowed. At the end of the round, your rewards will be randomized from only the list of decks players have named for that round. Every player that participates will receive 5 random cards from that round's deck list.

Please write the deck names as they appear in the file names, e.g. Dragon Claw as dragonclaw.

Advent Calendar - Day 01

It's already December! Kicking off this year's celebrations by posting the activity that I always run!

Go to Crunchyroll or Random Anime. You can also use any other site that has a "random result" button. If you'd rather read manga instead, any site that allows you to randomly choose a series will do.

Pick a series at random. You may repeat this step if you get something you already know or something that obviously isn't your thing. If it's an anime, watch the first epsode (or at least 5-10 minutes of it). If it's a manga, read the first chapter. Then post your impressions and if you'd like to continue watching/reading in at least 2-3 sentences.

For answering you will receive two choice red cards and two choice green cards or two choice blue cards and two choice gray cards, whichever you prefer!

Natsume's Book of Cards 268

Natsume's no ordinary boy. Like his grandmother Reiko he has the ability to see youkai... who flock to him and demand to have their names that Reiko stored in the Book of Friends returned. At Colors, Natsume is visited by some of our past deck releases who would like to have their cards returned!

Rules
Every week, one of the releases is picked at random. You can exchange up to five cards from that release for choice cards from that release. You will lose the cards you turn in.

For example, if the chosen release is Release 001, you can turn in an Asobot card and get a choice Logic, Dragon or Optimist card in exchange. Specials can only be gained by turning in other specials!

To get multiple cards from one deck, you need to turn in multiples from another deck as well. You can't get two Logic cards but turning in an Asobot card and a Smile card, but two Asobot cards would work.
