Try another bit torrent program. I personally use bit torrent, from http://www.bittorrent.com It never slows down for me. But I do have Comcast. XD However friends with DSL haven't had problems with the Bit Torrent client. ;)

I'd have something to say about Naruto, but I've only seen 25 episodes. ;_;
