I certainly take this to mean that Subaru is the only one of the vampire twins present; that he has been or chosen to seperate from Hokuto at some point. I can't express how much this thrills me because, OMG, Vampire!Hokuto is what I've been itching for ever since Tsubasa!Seishirou first mentioned vampire twins way, way back. *fangirls like woah*
