Three days until Naruto premiere
From now on to show my insanity, I shall now label my posts in a Naruto countdown style.
Bro skipped out of school today due to his ear ache. I just know that's going to come back and bite me in the ass. Couldn't he have gone one month without finding some way to avoid school? Just one measly month?
Saw the preview for Yugioh GX and the AE Arc. Yugioh GX will quickly become my new guilty pleasure when it comes to laughing my ass off at bad dubs. One Piece hurt too much to laugh at, but GX is crack to begin with so there's no harm in watching 4Kids make it worse. AE just had me confused. I wonder how they plan on handling Zork later on since he reminds me of a certain mult-dicked fiend from Breath of Fire 2.
In a slightly better mood thanks to a certain movie about two certain brothers who practice this little thing called alchemy. *squee* I will be hitting that as soon as I finish this post. On that note, where's my Destiny? I want to see the Lacus gang chilling at the mall.

vonheston had a fun meme the other day. Tell me about your favorite original characters, be they from original fiction or OCs in fanfiction/RP. crowphoenix, this is not for you since we already know each other's charas well enough. I am interested in the rest of my LJ.
kracken's "Instincts" gives me a new idea on how to set up "Heritage." To think, I avoided that fic all this time because it was anthro. I still have trouble visualizing what the characters look like without fanart when it comes to anthro. I cheat and just see them as beasts, not these humanesque furry creatures that everyone is so enamored with. Fur just doesn't do it for me. Maybe ears, tails, claws, wings because they're kinky. But fur just seems random.
Found this new channel on the radio that only plays what it wants. It's a nice substitute for the country I listen to everyday since I lack MP3 or CD player that half the world owns. Only problem is that when it hits later in the evening, the channel switches to sports, which sucks.
EDIT: Saw the Naruto preview. Again, I'm going to be shallow like everyone else and have issues with the pronunciation of Naruto. It's like they're trying to hard to get it just right and it just sounds unnatural, especially for an English speaker. Other than that, I've got no complaints. I think Naruto's VA will work out after all. ^^

Oh, man. I'll totally bite, and do two, one a story character, and one an RPG person.
Anessane is a wolf-guy (pointy ears, nails, and fangs, can turn into a full wolf) in my big original story. He's silver-haired and passionate in all things, espescially his hatreds. He has far too much pride for his own good, which leads him into deep depression for a while after having a few of his central belief foundations pulled down amidst kidnapping and magical enslavement. He's intense, fierce, stubborn, and also really sexy.
Amrissa is a character made for a tabletop RPG--specifically, she's a death elemental. She's a tall, leggy woman with black hair and really red lips and eyes, and has a stupidly high dice pool with which to make Seduction rolls. She's also Not Right In The Head, having mood swings between sultry-and-forward and cute-and-childlike, as well as having problems with her memory--her short term memory's fine, but everything beyond a month or so is a fog she doesn't worry much about. She also believes implicitly that she will die when her Lady Death deems fit, and not until then, and therefore has absolutely no survival instinct. I LOVE her. She's hands-down the most entertaining and fun to play character I've ever had.
