tempestuously | I think I really broke the Internet this time

I think my Internet knows I'm about to dump it for Comcast since it's been pitching a fit since yesterday, when my DSL setup was due to arrive. It allows certain things like AIM. I don't get that at all. But if I try to dl anything or operate any site with heavy traffic or multiple images, it goes so slow, I might as well be using dial-up. I know it's the Net and not my computer since it's done the same on the only other computer in the house. I've run both the AdAware and VirusScan and they've come up with nothing. Pisses me off too since I really need a way to be on a decently functioning Net today.

Hit up some time with the old HS friends last night. There was Catch Phrase, which included such treats as "Throw another ___ on the fire." "BARBIE!" "WTF?!" Yes, there was also alcohol. And the Dick Clark show depressed everyone.

Naruto's been doing a decent job with voice-acting, but I've been noticing that some of the dubbing is horribly off. This is super obvious in the Sasuke "dies" episode, when the voice acting is about twice as slow as the actual mouth movements. It bothers me a little because it's all I notice when I watch the episode now. It's my favorite episode too.

Also, last night's Naruto gained a D+ for the dubbed name of Chidori. Lightning Sword? WTF, Kakashi? BAD, dub, bad. No cookie for you.
