SoraRiku, eat your heart out. There's some new boys in town.
Yes, I'm still awake. Stupid Kingdom Hearts II. And I have work tomorrow too. Late-night work. I'm going to have no sleep whatsoever. But the game worries me since I have a feeling it's going to be infinitely more depressing than the first one. Just the way it's set up.
Speaking of one thing that makes me tear up: Axel/Roxas. Oh do I need iconage of these two. I see Japanese fans bitching that all the subtext is gone from the English version. Um, gals, I never saw the Japanese version and Axel, he be gay for that boy. Yeah yeah friendship is another possibility. But it would have to be VERY strong friendship. Axel, I do hope nothing happens to you. I want you to be united with your Roxas forever. His scene in the alley, I cried. My brother laughed. Then later on admitted that Axel was pretty cool even if he did have a hard-on for younger boys and said Axel made him feel sad too. I think these two take whatever Sora/Riku had in the whole KH game and quadruple it within just a handful of scenes. Could be that Axel is crackilicious and Roxas pwns Riku when it comes to depression and angsty rage. He needs Paxil. I just know something horrible's going to happen to him too. Squaresoft is fond of the mindfuckery as of late.
