A little notice would be nice

Yesterday did not go down as I expected, mostly because the previous night my father informed me we would be doing some family time yesterday. However, he failed to specify that not only would that family time require us to leave at 9 a.m., drive three hours out of our way to a place without a decently working bathroom, but it would also take all day. Since that couldn't be enough misery for my life, I had stomach pains of hell and wanted to do nothing but sleep, regardless of where I was.

Before I passed out, I did manage to watch some Terra e 15. Karina crying blood irked the hell out of me because it's such overkill. The rest of her death was well done and I truly felt bad for her, especially when she kept asking about Yui and Tony. Poor Jomy. Things are just going to get worse for him from here on out. Keith nearly killed three guys with his foot. That's scary. Blue saving Tony was an interesting change to the story but not one that interfered tremendously with the plot. Blue vs. Keith even for a second has been one of my never realized fangirl dreams. My favorite part of this though would have to be Matsuka and his struggle to retrieve Keith, right down to Keith's jerk greeting. They really are a different sort of pairing. This is another episode that I need my subtitles to understand better; I also need 14 for that matter.

I hope I haven't lost my interest in RxJ. I just never want to put forth the effort to watch it anymore. Lack of effort is what destroyed my interest in Bleach. Possibly Tenimyu, but I blame that more on the series getting licensed and it being more tricky for me to find episodes to understand what's going on in the musicals. Without Tenimyu love, I lose most of my interest in Tenipuri all together. I do think I might marathon Darker than Black though; I've been hearing good things, and it seems the plot is finally coming together.

I enjoy DtB and would recommend it. :D It's definitely a series where you watch for the scriptwriting, though. Whoever writes it is really, really damned good. Direction? Nothing whizzbang. Series composition? Sometimes I want to KICK the staff for that. XDDD Thanks for dragging us through half the series to learn a major character is not a potato!

RxJ's problem seems to be how it's slowing down as the plot picks up, oddly enough. Back when nothing in particular was going on, you get all this tension and things happen. Now it's going through the motions. And though I do like R and J for their sheer niceness, it does take a lot more to really fall for a character, for most people.

A long series is something that requires effort to keep watching. I was into Naruto but a lack of real effort on my part nearly killed my interest in the series. I'll still watch it when it's on but I'm way behind. I haven't watched it consistently since I started to download it in 2004. O_o Plus I've found it easier to get into Bleach. Now it's Death Note again and countless unwatched DVDs.

Hey, are you going to Otakon this year?

I am. All three days again. Maybe we can attempt another quick meet-up. ^^

Hopefully. ^_^ Do you still have the same phone number?

Mmmmh, I understand what you mean with lacking the effort to continue watching a series XD (it's happening with Darker than Black to me...I lost track of it at around episode 4 and never really watched it ever since. One day I'll find the will to watch it thoroughly XD.)

The meeting between Blue and Keith in episode 15 was quite unexpected but so very exciting *_*. So far I really like the changes that have been made in the transition from manga to anime. Here's wishing it keeps being this good ^^. -And I also want subs :DD-
