"And yet you still go...to him."
Apr. 14th, 2005 08:09 amFranz gets some of the best lines in this show. That one needs an icon, with the accompanying despairing image of course. Though the current icon is still adorable because it's true, both in the show and the fandom. *squeezles*
I don't know why I get into series, knowing they are going to depress me. I think that if all possible, Gankutsuou 19 was more depressing than 18 because it was the emotional reaction. Albert's a very messed-up lad. Episode 16 hurt too but that was only because I *really* like the Count, and Albert's a doofus. I might up something huge and reflective once I'm done this series, which will either be tonight or tomorrow.
Also have to work on caps for Naruto 130 since it has Sasuke smiling more than I have ever seen. Why is he unusually happy in this episode? I think the big revelation for Naruto is coming up next ep, along with the evil Itachi part.
I'm in such a fix. I signed up for the table reading of the play "Iphigenia at Aulis," which rehearses from 6 to 8:30 p.m. yesterday, today, and Monday. Only I have two huge projects due Monday, one of which I hoped to work on today, after work. The interference destroyed my plans to go home since I now need Friday to work on my project and will probably be working on my thesis paper over the weekend. Ah, the struggle with distraction returns. That's why I have to finish Gankutsuou as soon as possible and get all my fangirling over and done with.
Caught Revelations. It's interesting so far, and yay, Bill Pullman, but I know religious shows don't typically last ala Miracles, Millenium, ect.
Manga reading's still chugging at fair pace. Here is Greenwood 2 and the last Juvenile Orion are now done. Moving onto Bananafish 4 and 5 today. Don't know why. Viz will NEVER release the next volume. After that comes the Shaman King marathon or maybe I'll just read my two yaoi mangas at home. Don't think I should be reading Selfish Love or Kizuna on the bus.
