Continuing on our topic of ghei since that is the subject of the night, as it has been every night lately, let's talk Naruto. Kakashi hitting on Naruto shouldn't even be mentioned in jest anywhere in canon. Kishi, do I have to get out the beating stick? I'm already warming it up for Yun after reading some lovely Seimei/Ritsuka spoilers.

I find it both sad and ironic that I just have this urge to scream out "IS EVERYBODY GAY???" like Joan Cusack in "In & Out". And there you have my state of mind for the evening and week.

Despite the traveling I have to do, I have good reason to believe today may not suck. First, Borders either has my AS 16 or Banana Fish. If the prior is true, the rest of the night is going to finishing up that series because Viz has dangled me long enough. Oh man am I going to be wailing for a while. I can already tell. Two, Geass is finally out so I'm expecting good crack from that. Three, I don't really have a three but I'm going to cash my checks and pay off people and maybe put actual money into my RP account before it expires. So much effort.

As predicted, Borders was a success and even gave an extra prize of Godchild 3. Looks like Kaori Yuki night. Or as Bro likes to say Karaoke Yuki just to piss me off. He's just mad because he had to admit that Cain was hot for a guy.

What sucks is that I had to buy another AS 9 since Sasuke-neko ATE the last one.

Now when I tell my family that that cat specifically watches me to find out what I love and then destroys it, they don't believe me. Let's review the evidence. I got Sasuke-neko around fall last year. At first she was an anxious little thing who didn't do much aside from bite me and hide under things. Then she started spending more time with me when I was around my computer.

-The devil-in-the-fur eventually noticed my intense obsession with Naruto and discovered my Naruto figures. First one she hides for several days: Sasuke. Soon after I caught her trying to disembowel both the Naruto and the Sasuke plushies. She continued to try and take out every Naruto thing in my room.
-Then KH2 came out. Right after I picked u my beloved Axel/Roxas sketch from ACen. Guess what Sasuke-neko's next target was. The damn thing was plastered to my wall and every day she did her best to rip it off or at least test her claws on its edges.
-Next on the agenda, the Tutu DVDs. Every single one bears tiny teeth marks.
-The AS manga is her most recent victim. I had about 20 various volumes in that box and AS was buried under three Host Clubs. What was the friggin' probability?

I'm fully convinced that if I ever printed out a picture of Lelouch, she would piss on it. This is more than mere coincidence. I already know she's incredibly smart, and I don't know how likely it is for her to be able to recognize the things I view on the computer with the things I own but she somehow pulls it off. Oh and she also hates the publication I bring home everyday. She knows better than to touch the Yugioh cards ever since I caught her eyeing the Blues Eyes Ultimate Dragon card and put the fear of God into her.

I'd like to read Eyeshield 21 but given as many manga as I currently have, I'd have to ditch a series in order to fit it into my agenda. Maybe it I ever catch up on XXXholic. At first it was just to know what all the hype was about. But when I was flipping through it at Borders today, particularly Volume 9, I'm came to the stunning realization that Hiruma is hot. Something about that chapter page. It scares me. But it also confirms that I have two flavors when it comes to obsessions: those with the death wish (and usually die) and those who are psychotic. Fangs are also a plus. I like the beasts.

I think I will watch Geass before starting my manga spree. Then I'll have to find a chaser.

Code Geass 6

Ok, that was slightly more ghei than usual. I think Suzaku and Lelouch are going to give Athrun and Kira a run for their money. I haven't seen enough to compare with Kazuki and Soushi yet. Seriously, what is up with their "Meet me in the attic" pulling their collar signals. That's just a tad questionable. I love all the school characters, especially the class president. I hope this means LuLu and Suzaku are going to adopt the kitty now.

Yay, new episode might give back story and more shots of crazy widdle LuLu.

I do plan on iconing but it will probably be just random shots of LuLu and Suzaku staring into each other's eyes all Brokeback-like. It's nice to see less serious Lelouch; it gives him more personality.

And now I'm deciding whether or not I'm going to finish series tonight. *glares at file of scanlations 17-20* On one hand, I will finally know what happens. On the other, I will no longer get to look forward to the awesome rush I get every few months or whenever the bloody thing comes out. I've yet to find anything that revs me like AS. Well, maybe Banana Fish, but that's a more depressing rev half of the time. Cain is another front-runner but still not quite there. Shit I really don't have anything else. Damn you, Kira, I just know this is somehow all your fault since you're the reason I fell for the series in the first place.

*frustrated screaming goes here*


ETA: So so many levels of not good right. I need chaser STAT. Oh god why the hallucinations. Final two are going to have to wait.
