There's only now; there's only here.
Sep. 24th, 2004 04:20 pmAll shonen ai fans must read Only The Ring Finger Knows. I don't care if you buy it, borrow it, or just read it over someone's shoulder. It's is the CUTEST shonen ai story I have ever read. Sure, it's a bit sappy but for once, it just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I started reading this manga and couldn't put it down. The art is gorgeous, the characters are hilarious and surprisingly masculine the majority of the time, and even the girls don't make you want to send them to the moon. I wish I could read Japanese so I could get the novels and go further into the lives of Kazuki and Wataru. The thing I really about this manga is how well it managed to develop both its plot and its characters within only one volume. They are, for the most part, three-dimensional and fairly realistic. GET! GET!
Note: I said this manga is the CUTEST shonen ai story. I still give Gravitation the rank of best...until I get my hands on some others of course. Yay for the releasing of the yaoi/shonen ai manga.
Listening to Rent again. Half of the time, I see Marc and Roger replaced by my own boys. It starts to warp the mind. I think Rent scares Tom, but then again Rent scares most people. I wish I could see it again. ;_; I can't wait for the movie I hear they're working on.
Will make self write today...somehow.
