Quick update because I have to read more of "In the Country of Country" and then try to write either for real or at least a writing exercise. I like "O Brother Where Art Thou" much more than I thought I would and it must be the first time that I've ever enjoyed a movie where George Clooney plays the lead. Gaelin kept making fun of me because I whimpered whenever an animal seemed to get hurt, like the cows or frog. We get to finish it tomorrow after we listen to more of our freaky ballads. This one had a line: "He cut off her head and kicked it into the wall." The best part was that the man in question was in love with the woman he killed and only did so because she killed his other lover. Then the guy kills himself. Lovely stories. The others was about a serial murderer who had the tables turned on him by his female prey and a woman who killed her love and threw him into a well because he intended to wed another.

Stephen convinced me to drop him off after class, after I begged him to understand that I am not a good driver. After missing the easiest turns, we finally reached his place without much trouble. It was getting back that proved to be my undoing. He even printed me Mapquest. Because I must blame something for my ample stupidity, I blame the defroster that wasn't working so I could barely see through my windows. Missed my main turn and ended up heading out of College Park. Figured that was bad so I turned around and headed back to the college, figuring if I could get back there I could go home my usual way. Then I realized that I didn't know how to get to my usual parking lot from this entrance. A good ten minutes later, after some help from two Chinese mothers who I could hardly understand, I was back on the right track. Came home and passed out, as is what I will be doing most of this term. 9 am and me still don't sit right at all.

Maybe if I can get my writing done, I can work on some Yugioh or Wolf's Rain icons for contests or just to replace my dated x-mas ones.
