Since I get my articles from the New York Times and the Post, you will have to register with the papers to read. Don't worry, for now registration is free and I'm sure you'll know how to lie during these things. I'll probably be posting recommendations like these at least once a week or more depending on how much I approve of a certain editorial/column. Naturally, my choices will tend to be more liberal-slanted but if I can find reasonable conservative arguments, I'll gladly throw a few up here as well.

Lovely quote concerning online newspapers and their plan to start charging readers.
"What? You were a slut and now you want to be a whore?"

Also learned from online journalism class that google likes to read gmail transpirings. Not word for word or anything with context but it does identify key words and use them to push stuff on users. This rarely effects me because I use a browser less prone to ads.

Had writing course again. The professor is really adamant about not discouraging anyone's creative spirit, although he readily points out possible conflicts in work. Gaelin and I are still the major talkers of the class. I hate when that happens because then I feel the prof thinks I'm sucking up.

Concerning Psychosis writings, I will be going back to what I wrote over the past few days and trimming the chapter (chapter 1) a bit more to eliminate my new penchant for giving away the whole fucking story in the introduction and generally telling about the character more than I show through dialogue. I am also reminded of a comment I received about Ty (liking this spelling more now that he no longer has a full name, reminds me of Tyr) not too long ago. The reader said they couldn't get a good grasp on Ty because he was so fickle, he could be pushed either way. At the time, I was furious at the comment. Now, I realize it's true and what's more, I want to emphasize that. Ty is a follower not a leader and lacks the ability to make decisions on his own. The whole point of his character is to see if that trait ever changes. So neo-Ty won't be much different from the old version, except that his docile nature will be more prominent. Everything Ty wants to do is mostly influenced by another's suggestions/desires.
