Adobe Premiere Help

Anyone who can answer this question, I will love you forever. For some reason, when I export my AMV video from Adobe Premiere Pro and try to play it back on any media player, huge chunks of files are corrupted. The files themselves are fine when played individually. But in Adobe, they are lost. What's causing this and how to I fix it? I put almost an entire week into this project and don't want to lose it now. -_-
