(no subject)

I forgot to log the awesome conversation I had with Tom's buddy while forcing Tom and William to watch Kingdom Hearts 2 cutscenes with Roxas and Axel after spending a good hour trying to explain the complicated world of plot holes and time inconsistencies that is Kingdom Hearts. So all is going well. The boys think Roxas is nuts. William says Axel is evil since I explained CoM to him. And we're on Day 6. So Tom's other friend shows up right on scene following Roxas and Axel's final confrontation.

Tom's friend: Great. Another gay video game character.
Me: Come on, they could be friends...Even though that's not likely.
William: Or possible.
Tom: Or true.
Me: Well, they could be.
Tom's friend: This is why I hate Kingdom Hearts.
William: Is there a reason that kid's necklace looks kinda like Axel's weapons?
Tom's friend: I rest my case.
