Apr. 29th, 2007 12:30 pmI don't know why I can't sleep decently anymore. I always wake up with a stomachache or a headache or overheated or something along those lines. I think my body's pissed at me for pulling all those 3 a.m. jobs. Either that or I'm having one of my monthly panic attacks. If it's the latter, I'm going to be annoyed.
Started up Oz 4 finally. I love Ryan more than ever. I love the characters who would totally go down in ten seconds in a real fight but can basically manipulate everyone into fighting for them. Ryan can talk the talk because once it gets the better of him, he just turns people against each other in brilliant displays of sadistic and calculating pleasure. Now this is how you write a sociopath. But more than that, I love watching those characters get served. Nikolai definitely served Ryan with that cell phone bit. I don't know what to think of Ryan's relationship with Cyrill because sometimes the brothers seem so close, like they would do anything for each other, and other times, Ryan is just bullying his little brother around. I choked up when they had their fight near the end of Season 3. I'm also enjoying Sayid's attempts to balance his altruistic nature with his disdain for homosexuality. But I don't want him and Toby to fight, even if it was cool to see Toby steal his spotlight when it came to the court case. Toby punching Keller in the face for calling him a bitch reminded me how unpredictable Toby can be since he's come to Oz. I read spoilers because I suck so I already know how this attempt to smooth things over with Schillinger is going to go down. It makes it all the more depressing because Toby is really trying to do something to atone. With Adelbesi and his crew, I saw it coming, but I was still sad because I liked the dicktastic gang. I still find it funny that the sociopath Adelbesi is Mr. Eko from Lost and Augustus is Michael. It's sad that his character gets more screentime in a wheelchair than Michael received up to date in Lost.

ETA: Just saw the new Geass pictures. AWWWW they're so cute. I wonder if Suzaku and Lulu are fighting over who's giving the flower to Nunnally. *squeezles them both*
