Internet, I really do think you spite me sometimes. Sigh.

So I've been talking about getting around to meeting my neighbors. Apparently, I delayed too long because I practically got accosted by the gate by my neighbor and his adorable children. He seems really nice though, and I do love families that adopt. I just hope my roommate returns sometime in the near future. I also hope this check I sent actually gets where it needs to go on time.

I'm really excited about my job this week. I get to do the final product of a project I've been having a blast on. I met some hilarious people, got to toy around with exclusives and learned some interesting facts. I will miss it when it's finally over this week. I think this might be one I actually take home after it's released. I think it says a lot about how I view my new role that I never take home anything anymore. But I think people are starting to know and like me so there's a plus.

Also, if you're wondering what's up with all my political rants lately. I spend a good portion of my workday reading newspapers, particularly Op/Ed columns since they're the only ones that really matter when it comes to politics. What can I say? They inspire me.
