tempestuously: ([terra] and it seems like all is dying)
So about that driving home last night... lol. Let's not go there. It just makes me sad and wish I had more sleep.

I did, however, find my missing CDs. They were in the storage room, where no sane man dares to tread. Obviously, neither of those stipulations apply to me so I was pretty good. Except for that part where about 20 full boxes fell on me, and I was trapped for a good 15 minutes. That sucked. I was not able to find winter clothes and will have to buy some this week. Knowing my utter disdain for night driving and genera laziness (see entry below), I figure it won't happen until this weekend. But I do have a coat!

I went to visit Dana and we checked out a bunch of movies. The only memorable ones were Hellboy II and Recount, which taught me many things about the 2000 election. I feel edumacated now.

... I really should find happier music to listen to on the way to work than Wolf's Rain. Why don't I just play Madder Sky 20 times while I'm at it? Maybe I'll switch to my country CD this time.
tempestuously: ([cat] too awesome for you)
I giggle at predictability. Tee hee.

I also think I need medication since a person should not have a near heart attack after almost driving over a box. I hate driving.

My enter key is still fussy from the time that my OCD drove me to remove all my keyboard keys to remove cat hair. It wasn't my fault. There were chunks coming out of it. Chunks!

I realized I hate secular Christmas music. Mainly because it just doesn't have the same musical beauty as the religious stuff. Like let's take "Santa Claus is Coming to Town." It's all right, but it fails compared to "O Come All Ye Faithful." And certain ones I just can't stand at all anymore: "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," "Jingle Bell Rock," "Jingle Bells," "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas," and "White Christmas." I'm sure the list will expand as I have to sit through more of this crap while driving an hour to work everyday. At least I no longer have to be creeped out by listening to Christmas music in the court house while looking up criminal charges. See, there really is a silver lining to everything!
