Opinions are wonderful things

Dang, I never realized the Op/Ed pages of the New York Times could be so compelling. Some of the stories about the Innaguration party and the failure to acknowledge the troops even once during the celebration nearly brought me to tears, as did the relative dispair people regard the Iraq elections with, despite the small steps the nation is taking. These pages also remind me how much I hate the ideology/relgion-motivated Administration.

Now if maybe the friggin' WashingtonPost wouldn't be all busted up on the Internet, I could do my reading from their Op/Ed section as well. Otherwise I'm not sure if my editorial hw is getting done. -_-

Back to writing crap and demons.

On non-political news, looks like my favorite Yugioh site might be having issues. Argh, I'm going to have do my own screencapping from now on too. First, I probably have to dl the episode from last Saturday so I can get teary-eyed Yami. To the IRC, we go. It also weirds me out whenever Yugi refers to Yami as "Yami" in the dub. I know "other me" sounds funky but it makes more sense than "dark." I, on the other hand, can call him Yami because I'm lazy. Yee.

(no subject)

This is what I do when I'm writing and need to take a break. So far I decided to make my main chara princess much more evil-sounding in the beginning. I have no clue how I'm going to move onto to show the changes over the years between the princess and the demon. And I have to go back to school at 7 to 9 pm. Also, got to write my essay on myself. Argh. Maybe no sleep will be for the best tonight. Too bad I have class from 9:30 to 3 pm tomorrow. ;_;

I hit block and now am screwed for the night. No sleep for the Nayami but as long as I read my chapter of LotR I'm good.
