I am praying for Bret Michaels.

I am also loving "Gods Behaving Badly." I feel so bad for Artemis and even worse for Eros. His fanboy crush on Jesus is so adorable. I just love the tongue-in-check nature of the whole thing, even though I worry whether the mortals will actually be interesting.

These are some of the greatest Terra e ficlets I've ever read and make me embarrassed to recall my own RPing of Keith. I WAS SO BAD. This writer really gets inside Keith's head in a way that's simply beautiful.

I still think Sunrise are douches for bookending absolute crack with absolute depression, even if the final messages were sweet. I love the conflict of Suzaku's.

Now that I have puppies, I am fully prepared to recommend "Wolf" to any animal fans. It is a simulation game that has yet to be fully duplicated. And although it's from 1995, the graphics hold up remarkably well. The main reason I love it though is because it's possibly the only sim I've ever seen where you really do connect with your avatar. When the wolf gets shot, you actually wince. That and it's just fun to use all your senses to hunt and survive. I still contend that the time flow mechanism sucks balls.

I am too lazy to fully recount my roomie story for today so we'll just finish with me saying I talked my father out of buying "Avatar" by convincing him Cameron is a money-grubbing asshole. Disclaimer! I like Avatar. I just refuse to give money to someone who plans to release the damn thing at least four times and bitches about how the lack of available 3-D screens cheated him out of MORE MONEY. Also, yay to "How to Train Your Dragon" for easily topping the box office charts again, something no movie has accomplished since 2004.

I need to watch more "Deadly Premonitions." Michael is cracking me up.

In RP news, I'm still waffling over apping at Sabra.

Yay time for my trek of death home! Now if I can just find money for the toll...

I meant to sleep earlier but then I ended up reading the Terra e crack side-canon and splitting a gut. That stuff is gold. I need to listen to it! Translations for the fourth R2 picture drama are equally crack. I think seeing these two together reminds me that most side-canons really are crack, and that S1 was the exception to that. An exception we began to accept as the norm. Still, it wouldn't make people so cranky if we didn't have such epic plot holes. Sigh.

Oh anxieties, I will conquer you today!

I wish all the Americans on my f-list a Happy Thanksgiving!

Sometimes the news reminds me how much I hate people. I pray for the ones in India right now. I also pray for the family of that poor little girl who was cyber-bullied into killing herself by A GROWN WOMAN. Misdemeanor my ass. I'd like to spit in her face.

In completely stupid news, just once I would like to click on an icon post for either Geass or Terra e and not find fanart. I'm not even complaining about using fanart this time. I'm just sad fanart icons outnumber legit icons in both fandoms. Damn people force me to make my own. Grr.

I think I'm going to use downtime tomorrow to read Hetalia since I'm all interested and have to do it before its popularity kicks in and I resent it out of spite. Because I'm prone to that flaw. Maybe the same with Ghost 07. Honestly, my entire interest in Ghost at this point is to see if it's as gay as people portray it to be. I'm expecting flaming here. FLAMING.

Also, for all the problems LJ is having lately, I hope it's working on those icons it promised us......

Randomly, my father and I decided that with the amount of witches/wizards that live around Harry Potter, they must have really enjoyed watching him get treated like crap on a daily basis. You guys really couldn't ever cut him a break?

Code Geass spoilers are shiny and also awful. I will discuss them here. )

As for Terra e, I think my not!hatred of Keith has just been transferred onto Tony and now exists in the form of real hatred. I enjoy the new OP images, although the song can hardly compare to Uberworld. Stripping Keith, Keith fondling his blood earring from Sam, Keith and Jomy reaching for each other symbolically but being unable to connect/touch, sad Jomy in space, more deceptive but obligatory gay between Jomy and Blue and the indication that Physis and Blue remain driving forces in Jomy and Keith's lives. I also think those scary flying children in the new OP are Tony's bunch when he gets older. I know they're not going to, but Tony and Jomy need to war. I also hate the new ending because the song is boring and I miss the episode recaps. It just reminds me of a bastardization of Wolf's Rain with Rain running along.

Let's talk about actual episode now. )
