Aug. 20th, 2006 09:11 pmIn a recent fight to prove to my father that Deadwood's use of "fuck" is historicially inaccurate, I was given the challenge to trace back the history of the term. Only one problem. I have no idea how I'm supposed to do that. Normally, I would start with the Net but even I know what will happen if I enter "fuck" into the search engines. I also can't exactly go to a library about it. This frustrates me much more than it should. I need to prove Deadwood wrong. Bro suggested Wikipedia.
Bro and I also watched all the Celebrity Jeopardy episodes. Originally we were trying to find Episode 69 of the dubbed Yugioh so we could hear YnMalik and YnBakura's (look I abbreviated!) first conversation. I'm trying to prove to him that dubbed!YnBakura really does say "I don't care" to YnMalik at least twice in the scene. But since YouTube failed us, we accidentally came across a Yugioh parody of Celebrity Jeopardy and it went downhill from there. It was still amusing to see YnBakura as Keanu Reeves.
I wasted my life again.
