This used to be my playground

I had exactly two hours of me-time after work today. Two. There are not words for how much that infuriated me. I didn't get to do any of the writing, Xenosaga-ing or anything else I had in mind. I had time for Tenipuri so I could bitch a little at how they say "KaUru" when talking about Kaidoh. I haven't watched the Japanese version in some time so I'm wondering if this deal Viz has with using certain names is just a reoccurence of their manga issues or if it's accurate. Either way, Inui still creeps me out with his VA. But I'll give him points for trying very hard to sound like he's supposed to.

I think I'm going to deal with this dead tired after work deal by chugging down a Red Bull everytime I have one of these later meetings.

And joys, Tom said I could come over this weekend. Good since I missed House and need someone to watch Trinity Blood and Bleach with. Apparently he has a project for this weekend that sounds like fun.

Seriously, the drama on some communities is getting so out of hand. I can't tell whether it's a moving onto work thing or a collection of general woes that they let get to them on an unhealthy scale. Either way, it's depressing to think that CRACK can become personal. Despite my views on various persons, I feel bad for everyone that every feels that abandoning a fandom is their only resort.

I need to work on my new obsession with hyphenating combination descriptions. I need combo breakers or something.

Why do I have so many icons I no longer like/use?

I need something to perk me up before I do what I what was planning so I have this shiny meme. I should warning that my keywords are far more insightful than my comments, which are just mindless fangirlings.

Look at your LJ userpics list. If you have fewer than 50 icons, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five icons, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five icons, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em. As of this meme, I've learned that I probably should put icon artists in the comment section rather than in the keyword section for pretty sake. I'm debating if I'll use the same principle for the fanart icons, which require extra credit. I also remembered that for some reason I'm really irritated by the hiding of icon pages on the user info. I don't know why. I like looking at icons so when I can't access them, I get depressed. I guess it's all dependent on your opinion of property and claim.

When I was reading XXXholic 2 the other day, I realized I probably will have to read Tsubasa to get the whole story of XXXholic so I'm wondering whether it's lamer to quickly flip through Tsubasa (while standing up) at the store or to read scanlations since I am not giving Clamp anymore money than XXXholic and the Japanese volumes of Tsubasa (the X character ones) that I buy. This is my ongoing protest. Better yet, someone who needs a gift idea for me, there it is. Tsubasa so I don't have to donate any of my fundage.
