I am still undecided on whether to see the Scott Pilgrim movie. Good reviews but still UGH MICHAEL CERA HOW I HATE YOUR FACE. If it was any other lead, I would be on this movie in an instant. But yeah, Cera just makes me rage with his basic existence. It's not even him as a person. I just can't stand his face. So shallow.

Flight of Eagles is shaping up to be my favorite yet. ( Mini spoilers. )

The First Noel

I couldn't think of any other songs that would produce decent vids.

So I was depressed most of my off-day and spent it forcing Bro to watch Princess Tutu episodes/selects. He loves the fact that Mytho has some vendetta against wearing pants and gets an even greater kick out of the Japanese pronunciation of Fakir's name. I had to listen to him go through the entire Terrance & Phillip song, replacing fucker and fuck you. He's a juvenile little troll. But he liked Duck!Ahiru so I won't kill him for now.

That cheered me up a bit but not as much as running across some AMVs using Dane Cook footage. All this time everyone's been crazy about the guy, and I never realized he was the same guy who did that Kool-Aid cartoon skit on Comedy Central that made me laugh my ass off. Now I wish I had seen him when he came to my area the other year. I need to find a full version of one of his specials.

Onto the AMVs. The lip synch of some of these isn't ideal but the idea behind them is still pretty hilarious. AMV makers really need to learn about trimming those subtitles though. It's not that hard!

1. This wins when it comes to Dane Cook parodies.: Gundam Seed meets Burger King. Bonus for the photo-manips. Kira is the BURGER KING. And oh poor Shinn. I know people prefer the Evangelion one because it features Gendo. But come on, Kira is the Burger King.
2. Roxas does the Giant Crab Dream skit.: Poor Roxas, lightning means you're super GAY. Like super-hero gay. I love Hayner and his dream book. XD
3. Zuko tells us about his own dreams.: Featuring the Nestlie Quick and Kool-Aid man parody.
4. Fakir and Mytho just wanna DANCE.: Like I could go through parody recs without including my newest obsession. This is probably the least executed parody but it has some great moments. I do recommend stopping after the "Fuck chicks! I don't want to see a chick part" because then it starts to suck harder.
5. Yuu Yuu Hakusho meets the Umm Hello and Car Accident parodies.
6. I'll link the Evangelion Burger King parody too because it is one of the best lip-synched of the bunch. And yes, Gendo's a dick.
