So I could talk about recent events but I can't decide whether "Air Terror Scare" or "Terror in the Sky" is more retarded. Soon we won't be able to bring carry-on luggage at all. If that happens I'm not flying because I don't go nowhere without my laptop.

I don't think I spent near enough time emphasizing the utter crack that was the Yuuri vs. Conrad fight in KKM. They build us all up for something cool, and it's basically Yuuri making an ass out of himself as he beats Conrad's sword. Conrad just kinda stares for a while. I made the mistake of watching the dub first and dubbed Conrad's voice hurt my soul. Emotion he can not do. Then we got Cheri and her attempts to make a move on that chick from Big Cimmaron. My friends really wanted to make a drinking game for the mention of "Cimmaron." Tom had the most fun with it. William and Graham enjoyed more of the random crotch shots and creepy innuendo of Cheri. I think we all agreed that it was the most pathetic fight of all time. I found it all the more amusing that Yuri voices two characters who do their best to get thrown into humiliating fights. I don't know. I expected more from the fabled evil!Conrad arc I heard tale of back when KKM was first coming out. They should have let the sheep fight.

Yuri's voice actor idol is Steve Blum. In other words, Sasuke's idol is Orochimaru. Discuss.

Don't know if final got through since every fax in the world was on the fritz today, the mouse decided to die halfway through printing and my entire parking lot was blocked off due to some event. The confirmation page says my stuff sent at 3:55 p.m. I'm going to guard that page with my life for when my professors try to tell me that I didn't complete the class requirements. Dad was pissed at me too. Said I should have finished everything earlier, regardless of the fact that I was dead tired and still tutored his son every day.

Went out for relief shopping and birthday shopping. Bought my brother a game and picked up a new memory card for my camera, Kyou Kara Maou 1 and Fullmetal Alchemist 3. While I have issues with Mona Marshall voicing the Wolfram, being that he sounds too whiny and not quite effeminate enough, I think that Yuuri's VA will make a splendid Sasuke in Naruto. I was hesitant because of his voice when he's freaked out or just in a jolly mood, but when he's snarking at Wolfram or when he's channeling the Maou, he is one badass man. He'll pull off the Avenger role without any trouble. I'm really looking forward to seeing, or rather, hearing him in action. In Marshall's favor, she may not be able to sound like Wolfram, but she is still a marvelous actor and portrays his moods with just the right amount of shock,rage and frustration. She always makes me laugh. But what's up with Conrart? That's just weird. I need to watch more recent KKM.

Also got my cosplay wigs. The one I need for Yayoi is too short, only slightly longer than my hair now. The Cagalli one will have to be trimmed. Both look really realistic and not as bizarre as the one I donned for Blue, who has an unnatural hair style anyway. Need to get Tom to tell me how the hell I'm supposed to get my ticket and finalize what I will be wearing and when. The Loveless cosplayers still haven't set a time, although they say they'll meet Sunday. This is going to be a repeat of the WR fiasco, isn't it? Why can't I ever run into the hardcore cosplayers? Even if I'm not in their category, it's still cool to be around them. You get association cred. For now the cosplay plan is:
-Friday: Yayoi--Loveless
-Saturday: Cagalli (GSeed civilian uniform)--GSeed/Destiny
-Sunday: Natsuo (sailor uniform)--Loveless

I need to start watching the FMA DVDs I buy. Now that I know that the FMA game has gone down in price, at least at Best Buy, I can buy that too.
